The Rochester Honkers battled back from 1-0, 2-1, and 5-3 deficits to defeat the Mankato MoonDogs 9-5 on Saturday night at Mayo Field.

Withe the Honkers ahead 3-2 in the fifth Mankato quickly retook the lead. The first three batters reached, the latter being Sean Ross (Indiana State) who drilled a three run home run.

However the Honkers took the lead for good in sixth. Alex Pimentel (Long Beach State) had the game winning RBI single, Nico Regino (Charleston Southern) followed him with another run scoring base-hit to make it 7-5.
