Former Rochester Honker Robert Moore was selected on Sunday in the second round (72nd overall) by the Milwaukee Brewers.  Moore a second baseman, who just completed his Junior year at Arkansas, played for the Honkers in 2020.  He is also the son of Kansas City Royals President, Dayton Moore.

In 2020, Moore played Shortstop for Rochester, after completing his freshman season with the Razorbacks.  In 33 games for the Honkers, he hit .303 with three home runs and 14 runs batted in.  He returned for two more seasons at Arkansas and continued to produce.  This past season at Arkansas, Moore continued to not only hit, but show how much value he had as a defensive player.  He was awarded the Rawlings Golden Glove Award, as the best defensive second baseman in the country.
