STROKE SURVIVORS NIGHT AT THE PARK
The Rochester Honkers are proud to partner with the Mayo Clinic Department of Neurology to celebrate our local Stroke Survivors on Stroke Survivors Night at the park on Thursday, June 18 at historic Mayo Field!
Any and all stroke survivors are invited and encouraged to attend and will be provided with up to 2 complimentary tickets and vouchers good for a Hot Dog and a Pop, all compliments of the Mayo Clinic Department of Neurology. (Should you like more than 2 tickets, indicate the number of tickets you desire in the form below and a Honkers ticket representative will contact you directly to assist you in purchasing the additional tickets)
Not a stroke survivor but want to come out and support our area survivors and enjoy the game? Well then we have a special deal just for you! For each ticket that you purchase, 50% will go back to benefit the Neuro Hospitality House to continue providing support for neuro patients and families while visiting Mayo Clinic. Additionally, all stroke survivors will be invited to take part in a very special “Stroke Survivor’s Ceremonial First Pitch”. Each survivor will be introduced on the pitching mound at Mayo Field and then get to throw out a Ceremonial 1st Pitch to officially kickoff our Stroke Survivor Night.
The schedule for the day will be as follows:
5:00 p.m. – Ticket Pick-Up/Gates Open for Survivors
5:30 p.m. – Gates Open to the General Public
6:05 p.m. – Stroke Survivor Ceremonial 1st Pitch Begins
6:30 p.m. – National Anthem
6:35 p.m. – First Pitch of the Honkers vs. Minnesota MudPuppies
