(Rochester, Minn.)– The Honkers were scheduled to play the Duluth Huskies in Duluth at 7:35 p.m. Saturday but it has been rained out. Sunday, the Honkers will travel to Duluth to play a doubleheader beginning at 3:05 p.m. You can watch it if you subscribe and pay for the official Northwoods League YouTube channel or listen to it on 1520 AM ‘The Ticket.’
More bad weather is in store for the Honkers on Sunday in Duluth, so be sure to keep checking rochesterhonkers.com for updates about Sunday's doubleheader. As of now, game time is still on for 3:05 p.m. with a second game following shortly after the first one ends.
Chad Hodges is scheduled to make his Honkers debut in the first game of the doubleheader on Sunday, and Logan Spitzack is slated to start game no. 2. After the games with the Huskies, the Honkers will make their way to Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada to play the Border Cats for a two-game series before traveling to Mankato for a two-game home and home series on June 4 and 5.
