 The Waterloo Bucks have announced the signing of right-handed pitcher Michael Edlefsen. He attended Barton Community College this last season and will transferring to play at Fort Hayes State this upcoming season. Edlefsen is originally from Bloomington, MN.

This last season, Edlefsen had the lowest ERA on his team at 2.86. He made 20 appearances, all in relief, and pitched 22 innings. Edlefsen had 15 strikeouts, 13 walks, and had a batting average against of .228. Over that time, he showed excellent control and had not wild pitches. He also gave up just one home run in 79 at-bats. Edlefsen also started 39 games in the field, hitting .295 but will come to the Bucks as a pitcher.
