An internship is a must-do for anyone who is passionate about working in sports. Interns will experience the inner-workings of a successful baseball organization, lend a hand in the team’s continuous growth, and assist with all of the games/events we host this season.
The Bucks operate Riverfront Stadium, which is a beautiful, 2,512-seat facility located in Waterloo, Iowa. Along with Northwoods League games, Riverfront Stadium is used April through October for many other activities including high school games and tournaments, little league games, and other non-baseball events.
Individuals who have participated in internships with the Bucks have gone on to careers in the sports industry. As of October of 2023, former Waterloo Bucks interns were employed with the following organizations in the sports industry:
Boise State University Broncos ♦ Cedar Valley Soccer Club ♦ Chicago Bears ♦ Cleveland Guardians ♦ FantasyPoints.com ♦ Huntington Bank Stadium at the University of Minnesota Gophers ♦ Indianapolis Colts ♦ Iowa Cubs ♦ Iowa Wild ♦ Miami Dolphins & Hard Rock Stadium ♦ Minnesota Lynx ♦ Minnesota Twins ♦ Minnesota Vikings ♦ Missouri Valley Conference ♦ North Dakota State University Bison ♦ Omaha Storm Chasers ♦ Paragon Marketing Group ♦ PGA Tour ♦ Quad City River Bandits ♦ RecBob ♦ San Antonio Spurs ♦ San Francisco 49ers ♦ Seattle Sounders FC ♦ Sellout Marketing ♦ Tulsa Drillers ♦ Victory Views ♦ Waterloo Bucks ♦ Wayne State University Warriors
