  Waterloo, IA – The Waterloo Bucks, a member of the Northwoods League, have announced that Kevin Kaczmarski has been named the Young Plumbing & Heating Bucks Player of the Week. Kaczmarski is a Cary, Illinois native and is currently attending the University of Evansville. This is also the second time he has been named the Player of the Week with the last time coming on Monday, June 25.

In his last five games, the outfielder hit an absurd .632 (12-19) with two doubles, two home runs, three runs scored, and five RBI. He was also walked twice and only struck out two times in that span as well. His on-base percentage was .667 while slugging 1.053 to go with an OPS of 1.719.

Today marks the beginning of the All-Star Break in Madison, Wisconsin. The Home Run Derby and All-Star Game will both take place on Tuesday night with the derby scheduled for 6 and the game at 7:35 p.m. Kaczmarski will compete in the derby as well as the game. The three other Bucks who have been selected to play in the game are Sean Borman, Austin Barrett and Jordan Foley.
