Waterloo, IA – The Waterloo Bucks, members of the Northwoods League, have announced that the Major League Baseball Pitch, Hit & Run Competition, set to start at noon on Sunday, June 2, is still scheduled to occur despite the Cedar River flooding.  Park Road, the only direct access to Riverfront Stadium, has been closed due to the flooding, however, the flood waters have receeded and there is no more water on a majority of Park Road.

If Park Road is still closed on Sunday, participants and spectators are encouraged to park on or around Conger Street.
