This week with Monday Musings we talked with former Buck Austin Pernell.  Here are five interesting fact about him.

1. How did you get involved with playing baseball?

I got involved with baseball because we played it in PE one time in elementary school and I loved it.

2. What made you want to play for the Bucks?

I wanted to play for the Bucks again just because of the environment, we expect to want and so do the coaches and fans.

3.  Who was an athlete you admired growing up and why?

My grandpa played baseball in college along with football and basketball, but he made me realize that there isn't another feeling like being on a team and winning.

4. What was your most memorable moment playing baseball and why?

Playing in the little league world series is my most memorable moment.

5. Who was a player you learned a lot from?

I learned a lot from my Coach in high school summer ball Scott Fairbanks.
