Waterloo, Iowa – The Waterloo Bucks have announced the signing of four players to temporary contracts. Pitchers Ethan Bell and Thomas Leiden and catcher Charlie Bogue all return to Waterloo for their second season, while pitcher Kyle Hrncir joins the Bucks for 2024.
Per Northwoods League rules, teams may sign players to a temporary contract which will allow a player to participate in the NWL for a minimum of ten days. A temporary contract will allow a player to participate from the beginning of the season until and including the last day of the first half of that season. Following the completion of a temporary contract, the player must be signed to a full contract in order to continue to participate. If the team does not sign the player to a full contract, the team must waive the player.
