Waterloo, IA – The Bucks started a four-game homestand against the Border Cats of Thunder Bay on July 9th, and lost game number one by a score of 16-7.

The Bucks’ runs came in the seventh and eighth innings, the first two coming in the seventh from an RBI walk to Lucas Moore and a Sacrifice Fly from Cole Smith. In the eighth inning, the remaining five runs came from a two-RBI single from Smith, a two-run double from Kooper Schulte, and a Fielder’s Choice from Solen Munson.

Waterloo is back in action tomorrow against Thunder Bay, tomorrow, July 10th for a double-header with game one slated for 12:05 PM and game two set for 6:35 PM.
