The Rochester Honkers scored in the first inning with an RBI double and even though they would add three more runs, they wouldn’t need it as they would go on to win 4-0.
In the first, Robert Moore drove home Taison Corio to score early. However, it was Jeremy Klick that would be the star of the show. Klick tossed five scoreless innings with only one hit for the Honkers.
The Honkers added a pair in the 8th and one more in the 9th to win 4-0.
Jeremy Klick took the win with five strong innings. Dylan Gotto threw seven innings and two earned runs to take the loss. The Bucks and Honkers will play again at Mayo Field in Rochester, Minnesota with first pitch coming at 6:35 p.m.
