This week we are catching up with former Waterloo Bucks pitcher Pat Schatz.  The Chicago White Sox  drafted the McHenry, Ia native in the 2010 MLB Amateur Draft in the 49th round out of University of Iowa

In 2010 Schatz pitched for 3 different teams during the year starting out with the Bristol Sox, during that time he pitched in 8 games going 1-1 with a 1.50 ERA.  After that he was with the Great Falls Voyagers during that time he pitched in 5 games going 0-2 with a 7.78 ERA.  After being in the Rookie League Schatz was then called up to the A league with the Kannapolis Intimidators, during that time he appeared in 2 games gaining a 0-1 record with a 7.71 ERA.

To start the 2011 season Schatz is back with the Great Fall Voyagers and has not appeared in a game yet this season.

Schatz played for Waterloo in 2009 where he appeared in 4 games, during his time with the Bucks Pat had a 0-2 record with a 10.8 ERA.
