Rochester, MN – The Waterloo Bucks (33–28) lost the second game of their series against the Rochester Honkers (30–31) on Friday night, losing 4–1 and splitting the two-game stretch.
The Bucks struck first with an RBI fielder’s choice from Brandon Fish in the fourth inning, but the Honkers scored four runs across the final four innings to seal their 30th win of the season.
Despite scoring four total runs, the Honkers only recorded two hits, neither of which batted in a run. The Honkers brought in all of their runs on a walk, hit by pitch, wild pitch and a sacrifice fly from Andy Miller.
The Bucks will now travel north to Ontario to play the Thunder Bay Border Cats in a weekend series. First pitch for Saturday is scheduled for 6:35 p.m.
