If you were provided this link by either your employer or the Waterloo Bucks, your media organization has completed its Northwoods League Media Credential Memo.  In order to be issued a Media Credential on behalf of your organization, you must sign a Liability Waiver.  Please complete the form below, and when you hit submit the waiver will be generated for your review and signature.
