Designed for busy families whose summer schedules fill up, the Flex Plan allows you to pick the games that work for you AND enjoy the benefits of becoming a Flock Member. It offers great value for fans at the ballpark with a low commitment. Fans load their account with pre-purchased box seats that can be redeemed for specific games starting May 1.

We know you’re busy, but you shouldn’t have to sacrifice the best of the ballpark experience.

Step-by-Step Process for Creating a Ticket Account

  • Go to the Ticket Website
    • Visit larkstickets.com.
    • Ensure the correct URL is in the address bar.
  • Click the Log In Button
    • Located in the top-right corner of the page.
    • Choose “Sign In or Register”
    • New customers should select the register option.
    • Enter Account Information
    • Type in your email address and confirm it.
    • Create a password, confirm it again.
  • Register and Continue
    • Click Register and Continue to complete the setup.
    • Access Your Account Features
    • View purchase history. Exchange tickets.
    • Update account information as needed.

Step-by-Step Process for Redeeming Flex Plan Tickets Online

  • Log In
    • Customers must log in using the same email as their Flex Plan order.
    • Without logging in, they won’t see their eligible tickets.
  • Navigate to the Single Game Tickets Tab
    • The redemption process starts on this tab.
    • Customers will only see games eligible under their plan.
  • Identify Eligible Games
    • Some games may not be available due to plan restrictions or prior redemption.
    • Eligible games will have a Flex Plan button.
  • Select the Flex Plan Button
    • Clicking this button opens an interface similar to the box office.
    • It displays the customer’s available Flex Plan and remaining ticket units.
  • Choose a Game & Seats
    • Customers can select a game and available seats.
    • If redeeming for multiple dates, they can switch games within the interface.
  • Review Ticket Pricing & Eligibility
    • The ticket price is based on the total plan price divided by the number of tickets.
    • If restrictions apply, customers will receive a message and can either adjust their selection or purchase additional tickets.
  • Proceed to Checkout
    • Customers review their selected tickets in the cart.
    • If they have multiple plans, they can swap them here.
    • Since the plan has already been paid for, the balance will be $0.
  • Confirm Order Details
    • Customers verify their name and email.
    • All Flex Plan tickets will be available digitally
  • Place the Order
    • After final confirmation, they submit their order, completing the redemption process.

How to Redeem Additional Tickets with a Flex Plan

  • Step 1: Log into Your Account
    • Go to larkstickets.com
    • Click the Log In button in the top-right corner.
    • Enter your email and password to access your account.
  • Step 2: View Your Flex Plan
    • Once logged in, navigate to the Flex Plans tab.
    • Here, you’ll see an order summary of your Flex Plan, including the number of tickets remaining.
    • You can also view details of past ticket redemptions.
  • Step 3: Redeem Additional Tickets
    • Click the Buy More Tickets button.
    • Select the game date you’d like to redeem a ticket for.
    • Choose a seat and add the ticket to your cart.
    • If you’ve reached your Flex Plan limit for that game, you’ll receive an error message.
  • Step 4: Purchase Additional Tickets
    • If you want to buy extra tickets beyond your Flex Plan, click “OK” when prompted.
    • You’ll be redirected to the Single Game Ticket page.
    • Here, you can select and purchase tickets from the available inventory.
  • Step 5: Review Your Cart & Checkout
    • Your cart will display:
      • Flex Plan ticket(s) (already covered by your plan).
      • Purchased ticket(s) (requiring payment).
      • Ticket prices may differ—Flex Plan tickets are based on a total price divided by the number of games, while additional tickets are at the standard rate.
      • If there’s a balance due, enter your payment details and finalize the purchase.
  • Step 6: Access & Print Your Tickets
    • Tickets redeemed online will automatically be available for digital delivery.

This process lets you easily track your Flex Plan redemptions and add tickets as needed.

Tickets can be redeemed any time in the season starting May 1, 2025.

Box seats are first reserved for all-inclusive family ticket plan holders (7 or 4-game packs). The only way to guarantee a box seat is by purchasing an all-inclusive plan. Box seats are then made available to Family Flex plan holders, giving you higher priority to these seats over single game ticket holders.

If you have purchased a Family Flex Plan and are interested in a box seat, redeeming your tickets before the season starts will help ensure the seats (and games) you want are available.

It’s possible box seats may be unavailable on fireworks nights, but Family Flex Plan tickets can be redeemed for bleacher seats. They will have access to select seats to these premium nights before single game tickets go on sale.

The best way to ensure you can attend a fireworks night is by purchasing a Family Flex Plan.

Flex Plan tickets can be redeemed any time in the 2026 season.
