Rewards Program
Each account holder will receive access to our Flock Membership app (via App Store or Google Play). The app will keep track of points for our new reward system. Flock Members will now receive points for attending games in their package, additional Larks events, participating in select Larks promotions, and more. Points can be redeemed for various rewards including merchandise, concessions, prizes, and more.
Season Ticket Exchange
Eligible Package Holders manage their tickets through their online account (created on the team ticket page using the email address from their ticket account). The Northwoods League Ticket Exchange is safe, secure and easy to use.
Eligible Package Holders can access more information about the Exchange through their online account or by contacting their team account manager.
Referral Program
Refer a friend to become a Flock Member and receive a $25 merchandise e-gift card (per package referred).
How it works:
If you refer a friend and they purchase four seats (or packs), you would receive a $100 merchandise e-gift card. If they purchase two seats (or packs) you would receive a $50 merchandise e-gift card.
Frequently asked questions
If 4 or 7 games is too many, no problem! The Larks can adjust the packages to fit exactly the number of seats and games you want. How you might ask? Let’s say a family of 4 that wants to attend two games. We recommend you do one of the following:
- Purchase two 4-game packages online (that’s a total of 8 tickets). A Larks representative will follow up with you within 48 hours to assign seats and at the time notify them of your intention and they will get it switched!
- Fill out the form below and describe what you want in the comment section. A Larks representative will call you within 48 hours to help select your seats and games.
A Larks representative will contact you after you purchase to let you know what plan you’re in and the dates of the games. If you can’t make it to a date, no worries. Use our Ticket Exchange Program above.
We do use a first-come-first-serve approach when selecting the best available seats for fans. That’s why it’s important to purchase and renew early so you can guarantee yourself the best aisle seats, best seats under the awning, etc.
The earlier you purchase, the better seats you can secure. We sold out of Family Flock Memberships powered by Scheels last summer. Your support helps us use FUN to make a difference in the community.

Best Available Plan Options: Remember – you are given a plan (Plan A, Plan B, Plan C, etc.) but you can always swap your games for another available game at least 24 hours prior to first pitch
