We are currently looking for HAPPY people to join our game day team for the 2022 season. The flexible hours make it the perfect first job, second job, and a job you can enjoy!

But working with us is more than just a job, it’s an experience. As part of our flock, we invite you to be yourself, celebrate the good times and enjoy the entertainment, the baseball and the FUN all summer long. Ages 14+ are welcome to apply.

Game Day Positions

Grill Cooks – Responsible for ensuring Larks fans receive the freshest food possible in a timely manner.  Grillers will follow specific food preparation and sanitation guidelines designed to create a consistently quality product. Must be at least 18 years of age. Grill manager positions also available.

Family Fun Zone – The Larks Family Fun Zone is the place to be during the game. The Fun Zone features three massive inflatables, a wiffle ball field and more. The Family Fun Zone team helps check children in and creates a fun, safe experience for families.

Food Prep – Food prep is responsible for working with smoked meats as well as other hot foods from the oven. Food prep is involved in the entire food process. This includes pulling food from the cooler/freezer, prepping, cooking and serving. Food prep is also responsible for keeping the kitchen area clean and organized.

Runners – Runners serve as liaisons between Grillers and Cashiers to fill the customer’s order. Their focus is on receiving the customer’s order from the cashier and working with the grillers to produce the products. Runners are accessible to customers and should be helpful and responsive to their wants, needs, and concerns. Runners will work with the concessions managers and grillers to wash dishes, wrap food and complete post game concessions cleanup.

Buffet Attendants – Responsible for serving fans in the Scheels Flock Family Pavilion, Fireside Office Solutions Tailgate Area, The Title Team Clubhouse, Bravera Suite Seats and the Bravera Home Plate Club. Buffet attendants are responsible for ensuring Larks fans receive the freshest food possible in a timely manner.  Buffet Attendants will work with grillers to consistently serve quality product.

Cashiers – Cashiers are the face of the Bismarck Larks food and beverage experience. They are expected to greet and accommodate customers with a happy, positive attitude and a smile.  Cashiers are responsible for managing cash and credit transactions at each concession areas while processing accurate and timely concession orders.

Beer Pourers – What’s better than a perfect pour at a baseball game during the summer?! Our beer pourers are another important face of our team’s food and beverage experience. They are expected to greet and accommodate customers with a happy, positive attitude and a smile. Beer Pourers are responsible for collecting beer tabs and other forms of payment, checking ID’s, and of course pouring beer! 

Waitresses – Our waitresses are responsible for serving beer and snacks (with a smile) to fans in our Home Plate Club Area. Waitresses should be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Wristbander – Wristbanders are responsible for making sure Larks guests and fans have the proper ticket/wristband to get into each area. The job of the wristbander is to properly identify the area on the ticket and the wristband the fan should receive. If the fan is in the wrong area, wristbanders should assist and direct fans to the proper area. Fans interact with wristbanders more than any other employee at the ballpark. It is important that wristanders are happy, courteous, accommodating and polite in all situations. 

Gate Attendant – Gate Attendants ensure that anyone entering the gates has a ticket, that the ticket is for the correct day and has not already been used.

Bag Check – Bag Checkers are one of the first people fans meet during their Larks experience. They are responsible for ensuring that prohibited items do not enter the ballpark. The ability to work with the public and memorize rules is strongly encouraged.

Parking –  The Larks want every fan’s experience to be great from the time they arrive at the ballpark until the time they leave the parking lot. The role of parking attendants is to help fans have the best parking experience possible. Parking is free, but the lot fills up extremely fast. VIP parking is reserved for season ticket holders and sponsors.

Performers –If you want to entertain fans, this is the job for you. We are looking for unique individuals that have an enthusiastic personality to be part of our show! Entertainers are responsible for engaging with fans, having fun with players, performing on field skits/routines, taking pictures and being a key part of the Bismarck Larks entertainment.


Pay

All positions are paid hourly.
