The Waterloo Bucks have announced the signing of outfielder Andrew Host to their roster for the 2012 season. Host, a junior at the University of Iowa, is the 17th player to be named to Waterloo's roster for the team's 18th season.

The Wisconsin Woodchucks recently welcomed another player to their 2012 roster. The ‘Chucks announced the addition of Chevas Numata, a 1st/3rd baseman from the College of Southern Nevada. Numata, a freshman, is already enjoying early success for the Coyotes. Through his first 15 games, Numata was batting .320 with 1 home run and 16 RBI.

Eau Claire Express field manager Dale Varsho has announced the signing of three more pitchers to join the team in 2012.

The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters announced the additions of two right-handed pitchers to the 2012 roster in junior Kyle Wormington (Valparaiso) and sophomore Ronnie Muck (Illinois). Muck will join current Illini teammate and returning infielder, Brandon Hohl, in Wisconsin Rapids this summer.

The Madison Mallards have announced the re-signing of redshirt freshman infielder Michael Handel from the University of Minnesota.

The Green Bay Bullfrogs announced the additions of Tyler Olson and Clayton Eslick; both key members of a Gonzaga Bulldogs team that is off to a red-hot start in 2012. Olson and Eslick, both juniors, played keyed roles in the Bulldogs' season-opening weekend sweep of the University of Nebraska.

First baseman Johnny Coy, from Wichita State University, will return to the Rochester Honkers this summer for another year in the Northwoods League. The 6’7”, 225-pound St. Joseph, Missouri native, is playing in his junior season for the WSU Shockers.

The Waterloo Bucks, a member of the Northwoods League, have announced the signing of first baseman Jimmy Risi to their roster for the 2012 season. Risi (pronounced REE-see), a junior at Butler University, is the 16th player to be named to Waterloo's roster for the team's 18th season. The left-handed hitter joins fellow Bulldog Kyle Kramp on the team this summer.

The Rochester Honkers have added a big left-handed arm to their roster for this summer in Jared Miller. Miller, a 6’6”, 240-pound, Avon, Indiana native is playing in his freshman year at Vanderbilt University this spring.

The La Crosse Loggers Baseball Club added a pair of big right-handers to their pitching staff as team officials announced the signings of sophomores Cole Baylis and Scott Schultz from Oregon State University.
