ADAMS NAMED YOUNG PLUMBING AND HEATING PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Waterloo, IA – The Waterloo Bucks, a member of the Northwoods League, have announced that Jordan Adams has been named the Young Plumbing & Heating Bucks Player of the Week. Adams, a sophomore from Central Michigan, has a 2.92 average, 40 hits, and 26 runs batted in so far this season with Waterloo.

A native of Mason City, Iowa Adams had a 4.78 average, 11 hits, and 8 runs batted in this week with the Waterloo Bucks. His 11 hits included a double, a triple and his fifth home run of the season, making him tied for first in number home runs scored for the Bucks this season.

The Bucks next home game is Wednesday, July 20 at 6:35 pm. Gates open at 5:30 pm. This game will begin a two game homestand versus the Madison Mallards.
