"I cannot thank Travis and General Manager Dan Corbin enough for the opportunity to coach with the Bucks this summer,” said Hunt. “The Northwoods League is one of the premier collegiate summer leagues and to have an opportunity to coach in Waterloo was something I could not pass up.  I cannot wait to arrive in Waterloo and get the season underway as I’ve heard we have some of the best fans in the NWL."

“Brandon is a perfect fit for our coaching staff in that he has the desire and commitment to share his wealth of knowledge to our players this summer.,” said Kiewiet. “He has a great understanding of what it takes to play the game the right way and our players will be benefit tremendously from him.  This summer, Brandon will man the first base coaching box as well run the defense.  I’m excited to have Brandon on our staff and in the Cedar Valley for the summer.”
In addition to his coaching duties with the Vikings, the Sioux Falls native also teaches at Sioux Falls Washington High School. Born on September 10, 1983, Hunt is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sports Administration and Leadership at Augustana.
