The Waterloo Bucks, a member of the Northwoods League, have announced that left fielder Connor McClain has been named the AKA Services Player of the Week. McClain, a native of Waterloo, Iowa is currently a sophomore at Indiana State University. 
McClain hit . 391, with a home run, triple, and a team leading 11 RBI’s in seven games this week.  McClain’s week was highlighted by hitting 3-5 with seven RBI’s in a 20-7 victory over the Willmar Stingers on Thursday.  

Connor McClain has been excellent at the plate this season.  He currently leads the team in doubles, RBI, sacrifice flies and is third on the team in batting average.  He is hitting .326 with 1 home run, 14 doubles, 31 RBI, and 21 runs scored.
