Waterloo, Iowa – The Waterloo Bucks have announced the details of their promotional schedule for their Friday, July 4 doubleheader versus the Rochester Honkers.  A rainout between the teams on Monday, June 30 forced the twin-bill that will start at 6:05 pm, featuring two seven inning games.

Gates will open at 5:00 pm for Happy Hour which will run until 6:00 pm and will feature $2 beers.  At 6:05 pm, service on the Budweiser Party Deck will begin.  Food service will end at the completion of the sixth inning in game one and beverage service will end 30 minutes after the completion of game one.

There will be discounted fried fish baskets all game long as part of the Friday Night Fish Fry promotion powered by Little Caesars and 93.5 The Mix.  During a selected inning break, the team will host their “Somewhat Famous, Nearly-Annual Hot Dog Eating Contest.”  After the game, the Bucks will host the only Fourth of July Fireworks Extravaganza in the Cedar Valley.

Two-dollar admission coupons are available from Little Caesars and fans are encouraged to listen to 93.5 The Mix to win tickets.  The game will be part of the SCHEELS Highway 63 Cup Series.

Earlier today, the Bucks announced that the Riverfront Stadium parking lot will be open for public use during the remainder of their homestand.  Park Road, the only direct access to Riverfront Stadium, was closed due to the Cedar River flooding, but is now open on the southeast side of the stadium.  Fans that are planning on attending this week’s games are encouraged to travel to Riverfront Stadium by accessing Park Road at the intersection of Park and Fairview Avenue or Park and Broadway Street.
