Waterloo, Iowa – The Waterloo Bucks have announced they are adding two games to their 2017 home schedule.  Thursday, June 15 and Friday, June 16 are the dates of the added games, with first pitches slated for 6:35 pm versus the Thunder Bay Border Cats.  Originally scheduled to be played in Thunder Bay, Ontario, the games have been moved to Waterloo due to unplayable field conditions at the Border Cats’ home field, Port Arthur Stadium.  The Bucks will be the visiting team on the scoreboard for both games.

The Bucks have announced the following promotions for each added game:

  • Thursday, June 15 – 6:35 pm First Pitch; Gates Open at 5:30 pm

     

    • Throwback Thursday sponsored by Miller High Life– Enjoy $2 12 oz. cans of Miller High Life, Hamm's, Old Milwaukee and Old Style plus 24 oz. fountain soda and 20 oz. bottled water.  The Bucks will wear special throwback jerseys that will be sold via silent auction on August 12th.  Click here to order tickets for the June 15 game or call the Bucks Ticket Line at 319-232-5633.

Tickets for the games are available online at www.waterloobucks.com or by calling the Bucks’ Ticket line at (319) 232-5633.  All season ticket holders will receive complimentary tickets to each added game by stopping by the Bucks Ticket Office during regular hours or at the Will Call Table before any Bucks home game.  Season ticket holder tickets are not available for exchange.

The Bucks play at Riverfront Stadium where the team welcomed a new state of the art video board in 2016 thanks to a matching grant from the Black Hawk County Gaming Association.  Team ownership has invested more than $170,000 in improvements since the end of the 2014 season including painted bleachers, public Wi-Fi, sound system, group outing areas, and concessions equipment.  Bucks 2017 Single Game Tickets, Season Tickets, and Group Outings are now on sale.  Fans are encouraged to call the Bucks’ Ticket Line at (319) 232-5633 to order.  Fans can stay in touch with the Bucks during the season by utilizing their website at www.waterloobucks.com.
