The Waterloo Bucks (29-29, 9-13) allowed four home runs in an 8-4 loss to the Duluth Huskies (26-32, 13-9) on Sunday afternoon.

With one out in the first, Bennett Hostetler (0-2, BB, 2 HBP, 2 R) was struck by a pitch, Kyler Arenado (1-3, 2 BB, R) singled and Patrick Ferguson (0-2, 3 BB) walked to load the bases. Mike Nyisztor (3-4, R, 2B, 2 RBI, SF) singled in Hostetler, then Blake Wagenseller (0-5, RBI) brought Arenado home while reaching on an error.

Duluth scored a run in the second, then plated five in the fourth to take the lead. Nyisztor doubled while leading off the fifth, then scored on a Kevin Blum (1-4, BB, RBI) RBI single. In the eighth, Hostetler led off with a walk and came home on a Nyisztor sacrifice fly.

Alec Holcomb impressed in relief by retiring all nine batters faced over 3.0 scoreless frames.

The Bucks and Duluth end their series with a doubleheader on Monday at 11:05 a.m. and 6:35 p.m. in Waterloo.
