The Waterloo Bucks (34-34, 14-18) allowed 7 unanswered runs in the final three innings Saturday night, falling 11-6 to the Eau Claire Express (39-30, 20-13). Eau Claire clinched the Great Plains-East Subdivision Second Half Championship, meaning the two teams will play in Waterloo to open the Subdivisional Series on Monday at 6:35 p.m.

Morgan Hostetler (2-2, 2 BB, 2 R, RBI), Patrick Ferguson (2-4, BB, R, RBI), Dylan Phillips (2-4, BB, R), Ethan Copeland (2-5) and Reid Conlee (2-3, R, RBI) each produced multi-hit games for the Bucks. Waterloo grounded into three double plays and went 3-17 with runners in scoring position.

Waterloo and Eau Claire wrap up the regular season on Sunday at 2:05 p.m.
