The Waterloo Bucks were in Mankato tonight for a one game road stint against the Mankato MoonDogs. The Bucks were propelled by a three run top of the fourth to win 5-2 against the Mankato MoonDogs.

The MoonDogs struck first with an RBI knock from Mason Hull. Waterloo countered with a run of their own on an RBI double from Oraj Anu. The Bucks poured on a trio of runs in the fourth with help from three walk, some wild pitches, and a sac fly.

With a 4-1 lead, the MoonDogs added a run to make it 4-2, Waterloo. Patrick Ferguson had an answer with a solo homerun to right-center, his second of the year. New addition Gavin Lizik came in and earned the save for Waterloo and seal the 5-2 win.

The Bucks got good nights from Ferguson, who added a walk to go with his homer. Dalton Shuffield also added a pair of runs on two walks.

The Bucks are back in action tomorrow to start a two-game homestead against the St. Cloud Rox.
