The Waterloo Bucks were back at home to start a two-game homestand against the St. Cloud Rox and got down early. However, the Bucks rallied with ease and won 5-2.

St. Cloud struck first with an RBI base hit in the top of the first from Jack Kelly. Waterloo had the answer in the bottom of the second with a two-run homerun from Jalen Smith, his first of the year. Oraj Anu and Jayden Kiernan added RBI singles to the mix to give Waterloo a 4-1 lead.

Daniel Irisarri added a sac fly to score Charley Hesse and put a ribbon on the game. Will Christophersen picked up his second win of the season with two scoreless innings. Nick Desalvo took the loss for St. Cloud. Desalvo tossed a pair of innings as the starter with two earned runs.

The Bucks are back in action tomorrow against St. Cloud at Cost Cutters Field at Riverfront Stadium.
