COVID-19 UPDATES | UPDATED 6/23/20

Official Statement
From Dan Corbin, General Manager

The Waterloo Bucks are pleased to announce that the 2020 season will begin on Wednesday, July 1st.  Due to the delayed start of the 2020 season, the Northwoods League created a new schedule. This new schedule is currently available now!  In conjunction with the City of Waterloo and the Northwoods League, the Waterloo Bucks cannot wait to begin welcoming fans for our NEW Opening Day, Thursday, July 2nd.

This situation is new to everyone and we have questions just like you all do. Here are a few key things fans have been asking that we do have the answers to:

WHAT IS THE PLAN?

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have been meeting regularly to discuss the cleaning process and what needs to be prioritized during these times.

This season, we will be extending staff training to include the proper instruction to exceed the standards set by Public Health and make sure our standards are clear and met every single day. All of our employees will be wearing face masks and sanitizing regularly.

ON-FIELD PROMOTIONS | In an effort to keep our fans and staff as safe as possible, we will not be inviting children on the field for in-game promotions. We will still have a lot of fun activities throughout the game that involve interacting with the scoreboard, guessing games, and more!
