Waterloo dropped the first of two games at St. Cloud this evening in a 3-2 game.
The Bucks jumped out to an early 2-0 lead with an RBI double from Alonzo Rubalcaba and a sac fly from Xane Washington in the second.
Neither team would score until the bottom of the sixth when Jack Kelly would hit an RBI single for St. Cloud to make it 2-1, Waterloo. The Rox would tie the game with a Kodie Kolden sac fly in the eighth inning.
St. Cloud took the lead with a sac fly to right to score Tyler Finke and give the Rox a 3-2 lead. Noah Myrhe would get the final three outs and solidify a Rox win. Myrhe earned the win for St. Cloud and Beau Balado took the loss for Waterloo, his first of the season.
The Bucks and Rox have one more in St. Cloud with a 7:05 first pitch tomorrow night.
