A four-run ninth inning jolted the Bucks in front 7-5 en route to their eighth win over the Honkers.
Bucks scored in the first on an RBI single from Brett McCleary, but Rochester countered with a double from Tanner Tweedt to tie the game. Waterloo put up two runs in third to take a 3-1 lead after three innings.
However, the Honker tallied a run in each of the third through six innings to take a 5-3 lead in the sixth. The score would remain that way until the ninth. Waterloo would get two on with one out and pile home four runs including a game-tying double from Peyton Williams and a go-ahead RBI knock from Ryan Guardino.
Zach Button picked up the final three outs to earn the save and seal a 7-5 Waterloo win. Alex Schoessler earned the win out of the bullpen with two innings. Damon Radamacher took the loss for Rochester. The Bucks are back in action at Rochester tomorrow night at 7:05 p.m.
