Waterloo, Iowa – The Waterloo Bucks have officially signed outfielder Paul Steffensen (St. Cloud State) and lefthanded pitcher Ben Beutel (Iowa) ahead of their Wednesday evening tilt with the Willmar Stingers. In accordance with the move, the Bucks waived lefthander Ryan Duffy (St. Cloud State).
