Waterloo, Iowa – The Waterloo Bucks have announced the signing of pitchers Tyler Glowacki (Upper Iowa), Brandon Rice (Mt. St. Mary’s), and Nathan Vargo (U. of Charleston) and infielder Caleb Parker (Wisconsin-Platteville) to temporary contracts.

Per Northwoods League rules, teams may sign players to a temporary contract which will allow a player to participate in the NWL for a minimum of ten days.  A temporary contract will allow a player to participate from the beginning of the season until and including the last day of the first half of that season. Following the completion of a temporary contract, the player must be signed to a full contract in order to continue to participate. If the team does not sign the player to a full contract, the team must waive the player.
