Get to know Erin Green!
BISMARCK, ND – The Larks Flock is excited to welcome the ultimate Larks fan officially to the team. As the new “Director of Special Events and Team Culture,” Erin Green will oversee the creation, planning, and execution of Larks special events held at the ballpark and in the BisMan community.
“We’re so excited to welcome Erin Green to our Front Office,” said General Manager, John Bollinger on the new hire. “Not only does she bring rich experience in planning successful community events, but more importantly she has great energy, ideas and a passion for using FUN to make a difference in people’s lives.”

Green, who has served as a host mom to several players, rates her top Larks memories as:
- Witnessing Wyatt Ulrich’s first home run
- Watching the Larks clinch a playoff off spot during the first half of the season in 2018
- Spending time in the bleachers with host families during home games
In addition to her enthusiasm and love of baseball, Green offers an extensive work history that will compliment the existing talent in the Larks Front Office. She spent more than 15 years in the banking and finance industry.
