WHO WE ARE
The Larks Community FUNd is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2022 dedicated to inspiring and uniting Central North Dakota by providing impactful programs that ensure every child can experience the positive benefits of sports. The FUNd focuses on supporting youth and families through access to sports, education, and positive life experiences. To date, it has donated over $100,000 to programs that directly benefit children, families, and the organizations that serve them. Dollars are raised mainly through sponsorships, events, raffles and auctions, individual donations, and endowment giving.

OUR PILLARS

ACCESS TO SPORTS
Provide youth, families, teams, and leagues with access to funds to help ensure all children have the ability to play a sport if they desire.
APPLY TODAY
Triple Play Grants – Financial support for individuals, families, and organizations to offset costs for registration, uniforms, equipment, and travel, with a focus on those with financial need.
Field of Dreams – Annual grant(s) for facility improvements
Share the Glove – Annual grant provided by the Northwoods League which provides a baseball or softball grant of $2,000 in Rawlings equipment each season
EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Scholarships and programming are designed to help inspire our communities youth to pursue greater educational achievments.

Scholarships – The Larks Community FUNd will provide eight scholarship opportunities for students entering Higher Education in the Fall Semester
Reading Program – The Reading Program engages over 10,000 students across North Dakota with incentives for reading milestones, free materials for classrooms, and plans to distribute a new children’s book in 2025
Hello Bismarck Book – Little ones can learn, expore and say “Hello Bismarck!” through the poetic verse and colorful art in this charming book by Bethany Andrist.
POSITIVE LIFE EXPERIENCES
Programs designed to give youth and families positive life experiences that they may not otherwise have the resources to afford.

Community Ticket Program – Designed to distribute complimentary tickets to non-profit and community-based organizations that may not otherwise have the resources to afford a game
