Thiesse enters her fifth season with the St. Cloud Rox and her second year serving as Vice President. She began her career with the Rox as an intern in Promotions in 2019, advanced to Assistant General Manager in 2021. In her position, Thiesse plays a role in overseeing game-day operations, partnerships, ticketing, merchandising and acts as the administrator of the Rox Community Foundation while supporting internal planning and operational execution.

Originally from Becker, Minnesota, Thiesse also worked as a Marketing and Promotions Graduate Assistant with Minnesota State Athletics from 2021 to 2022. In July 2023, she completed her Master of Arts in Sport Management at Concordia University–St. Paul. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from St. Cloud State University in 2019.

In her spare time, Thiesse enjoys spending time with family and friends and while keeping up with all things sports – especially baseball, hockey, and circle track racing.
