Nick Studdard
Field Manager
Nick Studdard will be entering his sixth season with the Rox in 2026, third as field manager. Studdard has been a part of three historic seasons with the Rox, winning 50 games in back-to-back seasons, first time in Northwoods League history that has happened. He has also been apart of three Great Plains Champion teams that has hosted three Northwoods League Championship. He has also been selected to be a part of the Great Plains All-Star coaching staff in back-to-back years (2021 and 2022). Nick Studdard currently serves as the assistant coach at Louisiana State – Eunice. Studdard previously served as an assistant coach at Bowling Green University. Studdard also deals with the daily activities of the clubhouse and helps within the program as needed. Studdard started his collegiate playing career as a catcher at Southern University from 2016-2017. Studdard graduated from Grace King High School in Metairie, Louisiana in May of 2016. Studdard is the son of Dan and Cynthia Studdard. His siblings are Jonathan, Danielle, Erin, and Emily. Studdard was born in Plano, TX and currently resides in Louisiana.

Chris Garcia
Pitching Coach
Chris Garcia joins the Rox coaching staff in 2026 as the pitching coach. Garcia is the associate head coach and recruiting coordinator at his alma mater, American River College in California. As a staff, American River’s pitchers racked up 289 strikeouts this spring. Garcia brings his recruiting and coaching expertise to the Rox of St. Cloud, whose pitching staff had the best ERA in the Northwoods League in 2025.

Beau Kirsch
Hitting Coach
Beau Kirsch is the Hitting Coach for the Rox in 2026. Kirsch follows Rox Field Manager Nick Studdard from LSU-Eunice after a 2026 campaign, which led the Bengals to Grand Junction, Colorado, for the NJCAA Division I Baseball World Series. Kirsch completed his first season as an assistant coach with LSU-Eunice this spring, where he focused on helping the offense. Kirsch played for LSU-Eunice, where he won an NJCAA National Championship in 2021, before spending three seasons at Mississippi College. Kirsch brings Northwoods League experience as he played in 21 games for Battle Creek in 2021. Kirsch will assist the Rox offense in 2026 after the team scored 455 runs in 2025.
