Parker Bates (Louisiana Tech) earned Tonight’s Player of the Night after playing a key role in the Rivets win over Fond du Lac. Bates put Rockford on the board right away in the opening inning from a two-run home run. He delivered another RBI in the third from a double and then scored from a single. Bates ended the night going 2 for 4 with a double, home run, two runs scored and three RBI.
