Ryan Bourassa (Bismarck State College) was unable to help his team take home the win on Monday night, but he did help himself pick up Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night for the first time this season.
Bourassa threw three and two-thirds innings for the Bismarck Larks, allowing just one hit and no runs while recording a team-high five strikeouts in a relief appearance. It wouldn’t be enough, as the Bismarck Bull Moose would outlast the Larks to take home a 6-5 win in 11 innings.
