ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Community Ticket Program is designed to distribute complimentary tickets to nonprofit organizations in North Dakota serving youth and families that may not otherwise have the resources or opportunity to attend a Bismarck Larks baseball game. This program is funded by the Larks Community FUNd.
CRITERIA & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The goal of this program is to provide qualifying non-profits and community organizations with tickets that they otherwise would not be able to afford and that provide youth, their families, and/or their support group the opportunity to create a positive life experience together around a sporting event. These tickets are not meant for raffles, fundraising donations, promotional purposes, or for organizations that have revenues and budgets to afford these types of experiences for their members. If you are interested in a donation for a charity event, please click here.
Program applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will be reviewed and filled on a rolling basis throughout the Larks regular season. The application window will close once inventory is depleted.
Eligible organizations must request tickets by completing an official application located at the bottom of the page. Requests will not be accepted over the phone or email.
Applying does not guarantee tickets. Every application will be notified of their approval status.

- Some groups may not be awarded tickets due to availability and program funding.
- Organizations may be disqualified if they do not meet the nonprofit organization criteria.
- Organizations may also be disqualified if they were awarded complimentary tickets during the past season and had poor attendance at the game or didn’t show up. Attendance is tracked by the number of tickets scanned.
- Groups will not receive tickets if they appear to be requesting for fundraising purposes. Tickets for fundraisers should be requested by emailing the Bismarck Larks at info@larksbaseball.com.
- Re-selling or misuse of donated tickets will result in permanent disqualification from the program. It is imperative that you make ALL ticket recipients aware of this policy. Your organization will be held directly responsible for any re-selling or misuse of tickets. It is your responsibility to communicate this policy to all of your ticket recipients.
- Applications may be denied if you submit more than one request from the same organization.
- We will be tracking the use of tickets. If you fail to show up for a game or have low attendance (under 80%) you may be ineligible to apply for the Community Ticket Program again. If you anticipate low attendance, contact roxanne@larkscommunityfund.com. If your game is more than two weeks away, 25% of the received tickets can be released and it will not impact your attendance redemption.
- Unfortunately, due to high demand, tickets cannot be exchanged. If something changes, and your group is no longer able to use the tickets, please notify roxanne@larkscommunityfund.com.
- Game times are subject to change. Please monitor the Larks Schedule for updates. Your tickets will still be valid. If you can no longer attend due to the time change, please contact roxanne@larkscommunityfund.com
- Recipients may be featured on the Larks video board during the game. Organizations wishing not to be featured for client privacy reasons should alert roxanne@larkscommunityfund.com in advance of the game.
- The Larks Community Fund asks that you send a final report detailing the use of the tickets. Please include copies of any pictures or notes of gratitude you have.
- Organizations are asked to recognize the Larks Community Fund ticket grant contribution in some form to your supporters and clients.
