Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Marketing Director to join our team! This role will focus on managing our database and crafting engaging, fun marketing campaigns throughout the winter, spring, and summer to convert single-game ticket buyers into Flock Members, promo code buyers, group buyers, or advanced ticket package holders.
People & Culture Manager
The People and Culture Manager is responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace culture across the Bismarck Larks, Minot Hot Tots and Funatix Events organizations. This position requires a strategic leader who is passionate about people and employee engagement, dedicated to developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the team’s mission and values.
Food & Beverage Manager
As the Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the management and execution of all food and beverage operations in addition to ballpark and team operations which includes but is not limited to: player personnel, game day staff, merchandise and event and sponsor promotions. You’ll work closely with all internal departments to manage and track budgets, processes, and other operational logistics.

As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management and execution of all ballpark and team operations which includes but is not limited to: food and beverage, player personnel, game day staff, merchandise and event and sponsor promotions. You’ll work closely with all internal departments to manage and track budgets, processes, and other operational logistics.

Starting with the Larks as an intern and transitioning into a full-time role over the past few seasons has been an incredible experience. rob williamson
Rob Williamson helped start the team in 2017 prior to stepping away from the team in 2021. In 2023, he returned to the Larks as a Chief eXperience Officer and took the role of President in 2024. Rob’s passions for people is unmatched and is evident in his return to the team.
