Kayla, who joined us starting in college as a Sponsorship Promotions and Entertainment intern has progressed to be promoted to VP, Creative Services. Kayla has been passionate about the Larks since she joined our team and proves hard work and excellence pays off!

rob williamson
Rob Williamson helped start the team in 2017 prior to stepping away from the team in 2021. In 2023, he returned to the Larks as a Chief eXperience Officer and took the role of President in 2024. Rob’s passions for people is unmatched and is evident in his return to the team.
