Mitch Haniger (Cal Poly) stepped to the plate for the Green Bay Bullfrogs in the bottom of the 9th against the Battle Creek Bombers down 5-4. Haniger blasted a two-run homer that scored Jacob May (Coastal Carolina) to win the game 6-5 at Joannes Stadium in Green Bay. Haniger, a 6’2” outfielder, was 2-for-4 on the night with two runs scored and three RBIs. Haniger is now hitting .348 with three home runs.
