The Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night is La Crosse's Kevin Roy, a sophomore from Columbia. Roy threw six shutout innings, allowing just three hits and walking one while striking out nine. After allowing a hit and a walk to leadoff the game, Roy set down the next eight in a row before allowing another hit. He took the no-descsion however as the Loggers bullpen allowed Wisconsin Rapids to tie it up.
