Thursday's Pitcher of the Night is La Crosse right-hander Ty Provencher, a sophomore from Long Beach State. Provencher went seven strong innings and took a no-descision as Wisconsin Rapids tied it in the top of the ninth before La Crosse walked off.
Provencher allowed just two runs on six hits while striking out three and walking just one. He's 2-0 on the season with a 2.14 ERA on the season with 11 strikeouts over 21 innings.
