Friday's Pitcher of the Night is Duluth southpaw Alex Winkelman, a sophomore from Southeast Missouri State. Winkelman took a no-decision in a 2-1 Huskies win as they downed Alexandria late.

Winkelman pitched into the seventh, going 6 2/3 innings while giving up just one run on three hits in his sixth start of the season. He faced just four batters over the minimum and struck out three. He's now 1-3 on the season with a 1.85 ERA on the season and has allowed one earned run or less in five of his six starts.
