Saturday's Pitcher of the Night is Lakeshore southpaw Will Headean, a sophomore from Illinois State. Headean went all seven innings in the second game of a doubleheader, but didn't get enough run support in a loss.

He allowed just one earned run on a single, and finished with seven strikeouts while issuing a lone walk. Headean gave up four hits in what was his longest start of the season and second quality start in five starts. He lowered his season ERA to 3.86 and now has 26 strikeouts in 28 innings.
