The Eau Claire Express blew out the Rochester Honkers on Friday night and received a big game from their starting pitcher. Caleb Boushley (UW-La Crosse) earned the Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night for the second time this season, as he allowed just one run on four hits and zero walks with seven strikeouts over seven innings of work. Boushley improved to 4-1 on the season and lowered his earned run average to 2.03 in five starts.
