Kyle Leahy (Colorado-Mesa) earned pitcher of the night as he threw a complete game shutout for the Waterloo Bucks in their 3-0 victory over the Thunder Bay Border Cats. The most runners Leahy allowed in an inning was the top half of the first when he gave up a lead off walk and a single, but pitched around the jam. He only allowed six hits, two walks while striking out seven to improve his season record to 2-0. Leahy pitched back-to-back complete games, has only allowed one earned run all season and hasn't allowed a run in 13 innings.
