Alex McGarry (Oregon State) played in his first game of the season and earned Player of the Night for keeping the Honkers in it against Bismarck. He got a hit to lead off the third inning and came around to score three batters later. McGarry then went deep in the fourth with two guys on. He drew a walk in the sixth and later scored again. His night ended with a double in the eighth which gave him a perfect 3 for 3 night, with a home run, three runs scored and knocked in.
